Alongside the traditional stone mills for cold pressing (millstones), there is a recent continuous extraction plant, capable of grinding the olives harvested daily in a very short time, thus maintaining the quality of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil.

Our production

It is cold-extracted from a modern continuous plant, where Tuscan tradition and modern technological innovation are combined to maintain all the precious organoleptic characteristics of extra virgin olive oil unaltered.

From the meticulous care of our olives, harvested with traditional techniques and milled by early November, an extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality is born.
